The Hillside SPCA, Inc. operates an animal shelter facility located at 51 SPCA Road, Pottsville, Pennsylvania. The shelter houses many cats and dogs and the number of animals in residence at any given time varies with the seasons, spring and summer often being especially busy.

Clinical Outcomes Group Inc. Clinical Outcomes Group Inc. (COGI) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, outpatient drug and alcohol facility located in Pottsville, Pennsylvania. COGI provides various recovery services to the residents of Schuylkill and surrounding counties. COGI currently services nearly 550 individuals, of all ages, with substance use related problems.

Servants To All Servants to All is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is Schuylkill County’s only homeless program with the exception of Schuylkill Women in Crisis serves female domestic violence victims. Servants to All serves both men and women and provides homeless outreach, employment/transportation assistance, food assistance, clothing and other material goods. When funds are available. Our day center in Pottsville operates as the main hub of the program, and an overnight facility at the United Presbyterian Church provides 13 beds for men and women.
Schuylkill Community Action Schuylkill Community Action (SCA) is the primary anti-poverty agency serving Schuylkill County. SCA accomplishes this by providing services aimed at satisfying basic needs such as food and shelter, while promoting long-term self-sufficiency. SCA programming impacts over 15,000 low-income Schuylkill County residents each year.
