About the Pantry
Since 1993 the Orwigsburg Area Food Pantry has been providing supplies and food to low-income families in Orwigsburg and surrounding communities. It was founded by Edna and Jeb Hart who are still running it today.
100% of donations made to our organization are used to buy supplies and food.
We primarily are looking for donations in the form of dry goods, canned goods, paper products, laundry, and toiletry items. We also accept monetary donations as well as volunteer time.

(Please remember we do not accept expired items)
Volunteer?
* Volunteers help by sorting and stocking shelves, preparing handout boxes, organizing, and distributing food
* Volunteers come in weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays as designated
* Volunteers are needed once a month on Saturday for the community give out
